a new favorite.

so tonight my father asked me to make hash browns and vegetables while he grilled.
he asked me with some sort of caution in his voice, like he was worried i couldn't handle it. ha!
may i just say, with help from my mother (best hash brown cooker) both of my tasks are finished.
my dad well... he's still out grilling while my masterpieces are getting cold.
anyways....

see this

this is one of my new favorites easy and simple.

recipe for sauteed veggies.
*clean and cut all vegetables
( i use pepper, onion, celery, and potatoes)
* place butter or oil in pan (use as much as you want. honestly as long as your veggies aren't drowning you'll be good)
*let the butter or oil heat up a bit on medium heat.
*pour in vegetables, my favorite part because of my new bendy cutting boards... love them!!!
*sprinkle some seasoning
( i use onion salt, garlic, seasoning salt, and celery salt)
ps. i am a spice fanatic.
*let cook, stir almost constantly and add salt and pepper as you go.
*when they are finished... eat them!
( i like to top mine with a little shredded cheese .... yum!
***bone appetit!
